At Fab Gear, your satisfaction means everything to us. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to bring you custom-made products designed just for you. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or if a change of mind occurs. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Our size guides are available for every product to help you choose the best fit.
Refund Process:
When you request a refund for a damaged product or a manufacturing error, there's no need to return the item to Fab Gear. Instead, please provide a clear photo that demonstrates the issue within 30 days of receiving the product. Based on the evidence submitted, we will offer either a free reprint or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method
Damaged Item
We are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Provide a clear photo showing the damage or defect.

No need to return the item
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your package was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was not picked up in time:

You can request a reprint with an additional charge,
OR -
Opt for a partial refund of the original amount.
